KMEA does not guarantee that last-minute requests can or will be accommodated. Clinicians are expected to arrive prepared to present.
NOTICE TO CLINICIANS
Clinicians may not reset the chairs in the clinic room, nor may they contact staff at Century II or the Hyatt to have rooms reset for them.

Focus of Proposed Clinic
Please indicate the focus of this proposed clinic by checking the appropriate boxes.
You may select up to five options. Avoid selecting options which contain overlapping terms (ie, Elementary, Elementary Classroom Music). KMEA reserves the right to make adjustments at its discretion.

If this session requires a wired internet connection...
The Technology option must be selected in order to be considered for placement in the Technology Room which will have a wired connection to internet (cat5 ethernet cable). KMEA does not provide wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cell carrier, etc). Wireless access must be contracted directly with Century II.
