IF YOU ARE COLLEGE FACULTY, DO NOT USE THIS FORM
Collegiate Registration is for those who hold NAfME Collegiate Membership (Status=CM). College faculty must use the form for Active Teachers.
In order to attend the ISW, college students must be Collegiate members of NAfME-KMEA.
Registration may be handled by the chapter advisor, or individual students may register themselves.
NAfME membership must expire March 2025 or later.
